New Season, New Energy: A Gentle Reset for the Summer

Summer is here — the sun is shining and just like we change over our wardrobes and crack open the windows, it’s the perfect time to pause….
Think of it as an opportunity to slow down, look within, and ask: What do I want to feel this season?
Because when we take a little time to tune in and reset our energy, we open the door for the kind of season we want — one filled with ease, light, and more of what truly nourishes us.
First: Let the old energy go
Before setting new intentions, it helps to clear a little space — both literally and energetically. If your energy’s felt heavy, stuck or scattered lately, this might be why. Summer brings with it a lighter, brighter rhythm, and clearing away stagnant energy helps us meet that with clarity and purpose.
Here are few simple ways to shift the energy around you:

How to Create a Summer Ritual

You don’t need to do this perfectly or even at a set time of day — just carve out a small, quiet pocket for yourself. Morning sunlight, golden hour, or even a soft candlelit evening will all do beautifully.

A quiet corner (indoors or outside — whatever feels grounding)

Step-by-step:

Light your candle to gently mark the start of your ritual. Take three long, slow breaths and settle your body into a comfy spot. Focus on the candle's flame to help focus your mind and ease busy thoughts. Stay here for as long as you need to help you feel calm and relaxed.

Use your sage stick to cleanse your space. Move slowly, with intention — letting the smoke move through corners or around your body. Say aloud (or in your heart):
“I clear away the energy that no longer serves me. I make space for peace, clarity, and joy.” -
Hold your selenite in one hand and place the other over your heart. Breathe deeply and connect from within.

What do I want to welcome in this season?
