After 22 Wonderful Years, It's Time for a New Chapter

After 22 years, we've made the difficult decision to close Pure Thoughts, with our final day of trading being 31st July.

This wasn't a decision we made overnight, but after a great deal of reflection, we know it's the right time to close this chapter and begin a new one.

When we started Pure Thoughts over two decades ago, we simply wanted to create beautiful products that encouraged people to slow down, find moments of calm and bring a little more intention into everyday life. Looking back now, it's incredible to think how many homes our candles, soaps, crystals and rituals have found their way into over the years.

Along the way, we've met wonderful customers, worked with some fantastic small businesses and built something we're incredibly proud of. Pure Thoughts has been a huge part of our lives, and in many ways we've grown alongside it.

As life changes, we change too. As we look ahead to the next stage of our lives, it feels like the right time to create space for new opportunities and new adventures.

What happens next?

We'll continue trading as normal until 31st July, giving you plenty of time to stock up on any favourite products and wellbeing essentials before we close.

We'll do our very best to keep stock levels consistent during our final weeks, but inevitably some products will sell out faster than others. If there's something you regularly use, we'd encourage you not to leave it too late.

If you'd like a larger quantity of a particular product, please get in touch. Where possible, we'll do our best to make it especially for you before we close.

There won't be any additional discounts during the closure period. If any stock remains during our final week, we may offer reductions on selected items, but we do expect many of our most popular products to sell out before then.

There are some FAQ's below that you might find helpful, but more than anything, we'd simply like to say thank you.

Whether you've been with us for many years or discovered us more recently, being part of your wellbeing journey has meant more than we can ever say.

When will Pure Thoughts close?
Our final day of trading will be 31st July.

Will you be restocking products?
We'll continue making products for as long as possible, although as the weeks pass, we will inevitably run out of some items.

I'd like to order a larger quantity of a product. Is that possible?
If you'd like a larger amount of candles, soaps or other products, please get in touch. We'll always do our best to help.

Will there be a closing-down sale?
Not initially. We want to give our regular customers the opportunity to purchase their favourite products first. If any stock remains during our final week, we may reduce selected items.

Can I still use my reward points?
Yes. Please make sure you redeem them before 31st July.  Please note loyalty points cannot be used in conjunction with sale events or other discount codes.
